New Reno Specific CSR Email
On behalf of our Reno Customer Service Team, we are pleased to announce that as of February 1st, 2024 we will be going live with a new Reno e-mail for receiving west coast distributor purchase orders and processing customer sample requests.

Q: WHY ARE WE MAKING THIS CHANGE?
In 2023 CSR NA team handled a total of - 389,016 orders which totaled a line count of 2,470,248 lines. All orders were sent to the same e-mail box. That is alot of orders that needed to be sorted and put into the Reno and Dallas Files for processing.
Q: HOW WILL THIS AFFECT OUR CUSTOMERS?
We are "cutting out the middle man". Our Reno Customer Service Team will be more efficient in receiving and processing orders and inquiries.
Q: WHEN WILL THIS CHANGE TAKE PLACE?
We are scheduled to go live on February 1, 2024.
