I am on occasion asked if I could allow will call from our USA Parkway facility. Unfortunately, I cannot make exceptions to will call, nor do I have power to approve will call. This is beyond my control despite being the local Schluter Territory Manager.  There is a solution, however, to get material in a timely manner. We do have the Aero ND program. This is an option for Reno/Carson customers only . The Aero shipping charges are roughly half of what it would normally cost to have a PO shipped standard NDA (Next Day Air). Aero charges vs standard expediting charges (found in the back of our pricelist) are below. Aero ND Program applies only to material stocked at USA Parkway. WHAT IS A FULL RESOLUTION WARRANTY? Schluter Systems will offer a 10-year full resolution warranty, or when our Schluter ALL-Set is incorporated, a lifetime full resolution warranty. But what does full resolution mean?  A full resolution warranty covers you on the full cost of your project: including both materials and labor. Many other warranties only cover the cost of product replacement, leaving you on the hook for the tile, setting material, and labor costs. HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR A FULL RESOLUTION WARRANTY? The key to qualifying your project for a full resolution warranty is to follow our installation handbooks . Schluter®-DESIGNBASE-SL is a finishing profile used as an alternative to baseboards. The profile is available in anodized aluminum, color coated aluminum and stainless steel. It features a clean, finished look and is simply attached to the wall with a suitable adhesive. The profile can be equipped with an optional sealing lip to help protect the floor-to-wall transition from moisture and to reduce the transmission of impact sound.
