Testing of Luxora Shower Wall Panels & Surrounds was conducted by the Schluter Laboratory for compatibility of adhesives with their metal tile panels and Schluter KERDI waterproofing membrane. Four different adhesives were tested: DAP AMP Kitchen & Bath Sealant KERDI-Fix Loctite Power Grab Ultimate Maxisil MaxiGrab Original The sealants were tested (for 7 Day Dry/Wet shear strength only) in accordance with ANSI 118.10, American National Standard Specifications for Load-Bearing, Bonded, Waterproof Membranes for Thin-set Ceramic Tile and Dimension Stone Installation. The ANSI A118.10 sealant test was modified based on Luxora's application recommendation/installation guidelines. In our testing, Schluter-Systems products met or exceeded the required 50 psi for compliance with ANSI A118.10.
